1. Scheduling & Missed Media Day

If an individual misses media day, there will be no makeup date unless another session is scheduled at the school. If the absence is due to illness or a family emergency, a refund may be requested. Refunds may be partial to cover fees already incurred by The Front Row Film.

2. Rescheduling

At this time, individual rescheduling is not offered unless coordinated through another school or team with a new scheduled date.

3. Payments

All individual payments are due at the time of the shoot. Please fill out from by scheduled due date (usually 1 week prior to the shoot). After signup due date, early signup pricing will end.  If a team is invoiced, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. After due date, early signup pricing will end.

4. Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in cases of missed sessions due to illness or family emergencies. All other sales are final once photos have been taken.

5. Photo Delivery

Photos are delivered digitally via our website. Galleries are organized by team and sorted by individual. A link to access the gallery will be posted on our website and may also be sent to the email provided at signup or to the team representative. You may download, share, and print images from this site. Any issues with online delivery can sent to info@thefrontrowfilm.com

6. Turnaround Time

Typical delivery time is 7–10 business days following the shoot. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons.

7. Editing & Retouching

We do not offer retouching services such as airbrushing or blemish removal. Our editing includes cropping, reframing, and color grading. We do not alter makeup reflections or cosmetic imperfections. You are free to use the digital images with a third-party retoucher if desired.

8. Poses & Re-Shoots

Each athlete will be photographed in five total poses: two selected by The Front Row Film, and three chosen by the athlete. No individual re-shoots are offered unless a new session is scheduled by the school or team.

9. Copyright & Usage Rights

The Front Row Film retains the copyright to all images. Athletes, parents, coaches, and the school are granted rights to use the images for team promotion, yearbooks, programs, and social media. Photos may not be altered with filters or edits that change their original look.

10. Privacy & Model Release

By agreeing to these terms, you consent to having the photos uploaded to a public gallery for ease of download. Images may be used to promote the team and athletes on The Front Row Film’s social media. If an athlete does not want their image used, a request must be submitted **before photo day to **info@thefrontrowfilm.com

11. Conduct & Content Policy

The Front Row Film reserves the right to decline photography or withhold images that are inappropriate or misaligned with our brand standards. Athletes are expected to follow team and school rules in regards to behavior, poses, and dress.

12. Liability Waiver

We are not responsible for any injuries during media day. Athletes are encouraged to select safe and comfortable poses.

13. File Storage

We suggest downloading and saving photos once delivered. While we typically retain digital files for up to one year, we do not control the third-party hosting site and cannot guarantee future access.

14. Print Services

Prints are available through the gallery’s integrated hosting service. This is not operated by The Front Row Film. You are welcome to print your photos using any provider of your choice.

15. Athlete Appearance & Equipment

Athletes are responsible for arriving in full uniform, as head-to-toe visibility is part of the standard photos. Metal cleats or spikes are not permitted on paper backdrops. Please wear appropriate footwear such as shoes, molded cleats, or turf shoes when being photographed on paper backdrops. You may wear metal spikes on turf, but gym or location rules must be followed while moving on and off the turf.

16. Poster Orders

• Photo selections for posters must be submitted by the provided deadline. If not received in time, The Front Row Film will select the photos.
• Once poster proofs are sent, any change requests not related to an error by The Front Row Film will incur an editing fee.
• If image selections are changed before printing, an image change fee will apply.
• Once poster proofs are approved and sent to the printer, any further changes will require both an editing fee, reprint fee and shipping fee.

17.Videos

Video are produced at the creative freedom of The Front Row Film. There are no guarantees certain or all athletes will make the final edit. Length, timing and pace are decided by the creative decision of The Front Row Film.  Music and sound design are licensed though sites that subscribed to by The Front Row Film, any input on audio must be done BEFORE the shooting of the video.
